Item List Layout before Category List Layout

On my home tab, I have both a Category List Layout and Item List Layout specified. I have customized the layouts and templates for each. On my home page, the Category List Layout appears above my Item List Layout. Is there any way to change this so that might Item List Layout appears first and then Category?
