Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

SCA M.Blanc - Making a Custom Field Editable by the Customer
Hi all! We are attempting to include a custom customer field in the Profile Information section of MyAccount while making it editable by the logged in customer. I’ve been able to make the field appear, but I’m not quite sure how to go about making it editable by the customer and I haven’t been able to find any answers online. Has anyone achieved this or something similar? Thanks!
UPDATE (2016.10.13)
I found an API at SuiteAnswers titled setCustomFieldValues. This looked like a promising lead, but the documentation claims that the only domain it is supported in is Checkout, and I need to update the custom field from MyAccount. Not sure where this leaves me, but I'm gonna keep on truckin'. Does anyone have any insight regarding this?
