Help with CSS. Image Carousel

I am trying to add an image carousel to my Ecommerce site on the home page.  I have the CSS and HTML necessary for it but I am a little fuzzy on how to implement it into Netsuite since Sitebuilder is kind of all over the place.  If you could give me a basic understanding of how to get CSS to work in Sitebuilder I could probably figure out the rest.  Thanks in advance guys!
