Sourcing from System Notes to Custom Field?
Would it be possible to source directly from a system note record into a custom field or even if I can write a formula that could source from there?
For instance, I'm inside a transaction record and I want to capture the date that it was released. This is recorded by the system notes timestamp when the new value is recorded as "Ready for Fulfillment". So far I was able to do a decode and group in a search to provide the information but it would be cool to store it inside the record as well, i.e. decode({SystemNotes.newvalue}, 'Ready for Fulfillment', {SystemNotes.date}) and the group by max. The main reason why i'd like to do it is because when I do searches with grouping, when I click on the
