Checkbox Field Display Format

I have a checkbox field that was displaying as Yes/No on printed pdf forms (sales order and quote), but after the weekend upgrade to version 2007.1 they display as T/F.  Is there anyway to force the display format to be Yes or No instead of the T or F.
