Ability to remove the 'de-escalate' field / button on case form
I'm not sure if anyone else using the CRM has customized the case form....
If so you are not able to remove the 'de-escalate' button.
In my Support process, cases only get escalated until resolved. I understand that in some processes they can go up and down, but on a custom form, this field should not be required.
Please help me and vote for Enhancement: 175631 - Be able to remove the "De-Escalate All" button in cases.
