Getting internal ID into a field?

edited Dec 3, 2019 11:51AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 8 comments

Anyone know of a way to get the internal ID of a customer record into a field, and not use a script?

Trying to find a way to get the internal ID of the record using a formula field, but my SQL is terrible at best, and as we know the internal ID only resides in the URL and the system notes. So not sure if there's a way to query either one of these using a formula field.

I'll use a script if that's my only option, but would prefer not to - as it just adds more clutter to the scripts that already run onLoad.

Howdy, Stranger!
