Date Created variable?
We have set up a custom field for our customers, which indicates the date that a premium service expires (custentityuk_premuim_shipping_expiry)
We also though, require an indicator within the Sales Order and ARN transaction pages relating to this field.
Namely, we need to know whether the service has expired.
To achieve this, I have created a Custom Transaction Body field, and now need to use a non-stored formula to check whether the date in the custentityuk_premuim_shipping_expiry field has expired.
Currently, I have got as far as this....
CASE WHEN TO_CHAR( {custentityuk_premuim_shipping_expiry} ) > TO_CHAR( {?????} ) THEN 'Y' ELSE 'N' END
