Message field inconsistent: Task/Note vs Phone Call

I personally prefer the message field on both Task/Note and Phone Call to be on the Main tab.

Task/Note:  I CAN move the message field between subtabs
Phone Call: I CANNOT move the message field.

This is admittedly a minor defect/inconsistency, but it is one of those inconsistencies that just makes it harder for my employees to be trained and to do their work.
