Adding Custom Record to Customer

I'm looking to add a new SubTab to the current Marketing tab inside the Customer Record.

This SubTab will contain a manually entered list containing data in multiple columns.

So, I've created the Custom Record, and the SubTab, but I cannot get the SubTab to appear in the Customer Record containing the Custom Record.

Any pointers?
