Formula Field for Case Message History
I would like to place a field on the the case record that stores all of the past messages. I want to do this so that I can use the field in a saved search alert email. It's the only way I can think of to show the message history in the saved search email.
Is this possible to do with a custom formula field? I know it's possible to get the most recent message, but I am not sure how I would get all of the messages...
