How to get user's timezone in SQL?
I'm trying to use a calculation in a workflow to see if a case was created in or out of a customer's business hours. The createddate field is returned in the user's timezone and when our Australian office is working on a UK customer's case this gives the wrong time.
So any idea how to get a value for the user's timezone offset, so that i can adjust createddate back to GMT and then adjust it by the customer's timezone?
thanks
ben
