Where to edit the address Remit To on Statement

Our remittance slip is printing an old address onto our monthly statements.

Where do I update that address?

I've tried going to Setup>Customisation>Transaction Form PDF Layouts but editing the preferred Remittance form shows me the layout but no ability to change the text in the Remit To box.

Any tips from the experts on where to edit this text?
