online form without name field

Hi there,

Wondering if you guys help me to create an online form without adding name field as this mandatory and I have to add on my form. I would like to create an online form with others field but would like to avoid name field as because customer ID goes automatically with the form through parameter where customer doesn't need to give a name on the form. Is there any function in Netsuite that can help me to avoid name field on my form please.
