Creating Custom Field for Email Address

i am needing to create a custom field that will populate the email address of an employee that is listed as the Marketing Resource.  Does anybody know how to create this?

On another note...does anybody know how to create 2 custom fields using the Marketing Resource name?  1 field for First Name and 2 for Last Name?

I guess in essence i am needing First Name, Last Name, & Email address broken out...if possible. :h_a_w:
