PO pdf layout issues

Currently, our regular PO and Drop Ship PO pdf layout is shared.  This is causing our regular POs to not look right when we send them to our vendors.  But the Drop Ship POs look fine.

The regular POs Do not have our address formatted correctly.  They also do not carryover our Customer number with the vendor, or our vendor number for the vendor or our preferred shipping method.  I wanted to attach 2 examples, but I do not have attachment rights yet.

Any suggestions are appreciated.  I realize i have not given a lot of detail here.
