Custom Record Types and Customer Records
I am almost done creating a custom record type to help us in our day to day operations. We will be taking in info entering it into the custom record and then assigning the record to a product manager who will respond to the record in an appropriate manner.
My question is how do i tie the custom record to a customer record so it can be referenced by others? In the custom record I have a field to enter the customer #, but my first test try record is not ties to the customer record in anyway I can find.
