formula in a column on picking list/Invoice

Hi

I am wanting to add in a formula in a column, and wonder if this is possible?

On each stock record I have a custom field called 'part per unit' on the Picking list/Invoice I need to show the total number of parts (boxes) by multiplying this number by the total qty sold.

How would I go about doing this?
