Advanced PDF/HTML Templates and Kit Items

Advanced PDF/HTML Templates do not recognize the checkbox on kit items to Display Components on Transactions.

I do not want to display components for all kit items, but check the box for those kit items with components that need to be displayed on the printable forms.

While Advanced PDF/HTML Templates are still in beta, I'd like to get as much functionality included as possible.
