Custom Field - Field Help

Does anyone know how to get the Help text to display on a custom field when user clicks on the custom field label?  I have text in the Help section of the custom Transaction Body Field but the field help on the form is not correct.  I checked Suite Answers but I came up empty so I'm not sure what I did wrong.
