Customer online forms reset default billing address

Hi all,


Hope someone can tip me on this issue.

Recently we found out that all of the customer online forms can reset default billing address of existing customers.

I am not talking about an online form that can create new customer records, I am talking about an online form that let existing customers update their info in NetSuite.

We have few forms that were made for only updating customer info. However, we found out these forms automatically reset existing default billing address to BLANK upon submit.



How can I stop the RESET?
