Possible to Copy Vendor Return Authorization Record?
Is it possible to have the 'copy' action on a Vendor Return Authorization record? I looked at all of the available actions in the 'form customization' section and it is not available. I also tried created a script to copy the record and it did not through an error it just did not do anything.
I have tried looking under the documentation for this with key words as 'action', 'copy' etc. and all I get is things about work flow actions, custom actions and APIs. I would be grateful to be pointed in the right direction, or contrarily if it is not possible that would be good to know.
