Restrict edit access to a case when another user has it in edit mode
My apologies if the title didn't make sense. When I am trying to do is restrict a users access to a case if another user already has the case opened in edit mode. (e.g. Case comes into netsuite, 1 support person grabs it, hits edit, then begins working. Another support person sees it, is not aware it's being worked, and attempts to begin working the same case, at this point I would like netsuite to restrict the second persons access to the case already being worked). Is this possible? Thanks in advance for any information.
