Custom Sublist on Transaction missing on Transaction Copy

I have Custom record with a parent field to make it as a Sublist on Transaction.
The sublist shows up when I create an invoice or sales order from scratch.
But when I make a copy or when I transform from another transaction, the sublist is missing.
Any ideas?
