Show/Require fields based on selection from drop-down (Options?)
Hi Folks,
I'm back again.....Looking for help with Showing/Hiding, Requiring/Not Requiring fields based on a selection in a drop-down (or any other field). As of current, the only way I know to do this would be to create a massive workflow with actions for each separate field for both display type, and mandatory/not mandatory. e.g.
If I want to hide a field based on a selection, I create an action for hiding it on entry, an action for displaying it when a specific value is selected, then an action for making it go away if any other option in the drop-down is selected. I then do the exact same process for making it mandatory. I then proceed to do this for every field that I need this functionality on.
