3rd Party Billing Fields - how to control placement?

Is there any way to control the placement of 3rd Party Billing fields on Customer entry forms? If 3PB (as I shall call it) is enabled then these 4 fields are dumped at the top of the Financial tab:


3RD PARTY BILLING ACCOUNT NUMBER
3RD PARTY BILLING POSTAL CODE
3RD PARTY BILLING COUNTRY
3RD PARTY BILLING CARRIER

And it would be rather good to move them elsewhere, perhaps to a dedicated Shipping tab.

Any ideas?

or is it one of those little Netsuite foibles where, for some reason known only to some long departed coder, these fields simply cannot be controlled.
