Adding PO Rate field to Quote Form sublist

I want to add the PO Rate field (Purchase Price) from the item record to the item sublist on a quote so we can see the cost of an item when entering a quote.

It is available on the Sales Order Form, but not on the Quote form.

Any suggestions on how to add or where to find it would be appreciated.
