Inventory detail changes

Hi all,
I would like to configure our Picking or packing slips (Either or) to not show 'Serial, QTY & BIN' all in one line. Ideally just one of these. I'm starting to believe this is not possible but also am finding that there is no way to auto map the serial number field nor is there a BIN field that I can map in a separate column. Surely we are not the first business who does not want all of these values in separate columns.

I can manually add these values in to columns but as the information is all in Netsuite I would prefer it to be auto mapped.
