Reconciliation Listing

Is anyone having a problem getting all the transactions to show up on one listing without the silly pulldown at the top? We've reset our preferences to show several different lines in the "Number of Rows in List Segments" and "Maximum Entries in Dropdowns" but nothing changes the listing from the 50 that keep showing up...
Any thoughts?
