Printing deposit records.

Hello:
We have been trying to print the deposits made on a particular date without any success.
When I go to Transactions, Bank, Make Deposits, List, and then try to "Print" any of the deposits on the list, an attempt to a PDF shows up, but nothing but a couple of zeroes scattered all over shows up for printing.
Is there any way to get this working, or does anyone know if there is a problem with this?
I had tried to get information about this very same problem a while ago, but nothing came out of it.
I would appreciate any help.
