Unknown Source of Automated Emails
Good Afternoon,
I am an admin working in a client's system. They have some old automated emails that send to sales reps that I am unable to turn off. I have searched and searched for the saved search that is triggering the email. They are very old and might have residual settings that no longer exist/changed so they are no longer visible. I am at a loss. Is there any way to identify the source of an automated system email??
I was able to fix one of the emails by deleting the saved search that caused it....the crazy part is the saved search had NO SETTINGS activated to send a message... it was just doing it. Which means the emails that are still being sent could be coming from any of the searches in their system.
