Landed Costs.

Im curious - has anyone successfully implemented "landed costs" in r11.  I am asking because we are trying to do it here without any success.  Just wondered whether its a. me not undertanding the setup correctly or b. there are bugs here.  Because for sure - its not behaving how I thought it would do.
