Just activated 'Serialized'

We have a full inventory of items already set up in Netsuite, with pricings, descriptions, rules for quantities and etc all in place.

Today, we enabled the 'Serialized' feature because we wish to improve our logistic tracking. The problem is that we can't find a way to simply add Serial Numbers to our existing line of products. Or to move/copy/export existing products to the 'Serialized' feature. We can't spend the time to re-type thousands of item descriptions, pricings, quantity rules and so on.

Please help.
