Items Being Backordered When QTY Available is More than 0
Hey everyone,
Our account has a HUGE issue with some items showing this unexplained behavior. Items are being backordered when the qty on hand and qty available are more than 0. These items aren't even committed to the same number that's in the backordered column, either. I must add that I've only seen it on matrix sub-items so far.
When we try to do PO's we are being asked to order items we already have plenty of stock of!!! It's basically stopped us from being able to do our purchasing, because we would have to check each line item's inventory tab to verify if it's REALLY back ordered. This is a MAJOR issue and if anyone else has noticed this in their account please post your case/issue #.
