Managing items.. help..!!!!

Hi everyone,

This is it:
We sell cable of different sizes. We buy a roll of 100meters and sell cable rolls of 25, 50, 75 and 100meters.
If someone wants 25meters, we cut 25meters from the roll of 100.. the same if someone wants 50, or 75. So..it's always the same items in different ways.

How can I manage these items? I've been doing some research and I thought of matrix items.
But I don't have that option available, when we got Netsuite, the representative told us we had Everything, but I guess we don't.

We have Netsuite v.11.0.6 (not SB)

Any ideas or suggestions?
