This information is based purely on my testing and observations using Netsuite Canada and Netsuite USA, full version. I cannot confirm that this is exactly as these items work in other versions. Note this is not to replace what is available from help, it is to fill in the gaps and provide a bit more clarification on a relatively new function.
Summary
Before using the gift certificates/cards function, you must understand it completely. I am using a clear difference when I speak of them, one as certificates, the other as Cards. Here is why:
