DEFECT! - ability to receive SN not listed on PO

Very disapointed with the results of a test I just ran:[LIST=1]
[*]Create a PO for a serialized item and enter the serial numbers you are buying
[*]Save
[*]Click Receive
[*]Set qty = 1 and enter a bogus serial number
[*]Click Save[/LIST]No error or warning is thrown.
Experiment number #2[LIST=1]
[*]Create a PO for a serialized item and enter the serial numbers you are buying (rare, I know)

[*]Click Receive
[*]Set qty = 1 and enter legit SN
[*]Click Save
[*]Sell or Xfer the received item with the SN you just received
[*]Click Receive
[*]Set qty = 1 and enter the same SN again
