Deleted Receipt -what to do with inventory
I am only 3 months into Netsuite - and need some help. We have the advanced inventory (multi location and serial numbers) module.
I received some inventory incorrectly. I deleted the receipt, but the serial numbers are still available in inventory. When I looked for the receipt number, that is gone.
My intent was to delete the incorrect receipt, and receive it correctly. How do I now remove the inventory without ruining financials, and re-receive the serial numbers correctly?
