print item labels, help!

[/INDENT]Print labels by doing the following:
Click View next to a purchase order at Transactions > Purchases/Vendors > Enter Purchase Orders.
On the purchase order, click the arrow on the Print button, and select Print Labels
Click View next to an item receipt at Transactions > Purchases/Vendors > Receive Purchase Orders > List. On the receipt, click Print Labels.
In order to print item labels, you must first enable the Inventory feature at Setup > Company > Enable Features > Accounting.
I want to print inventory labels. I checked all the help and everything sends me to a dead end. Under setup . . . . accounting there is no mention of inventory labels, and there is no "print labels" buttons on purchase orders.
