Adjust inventory with 2 lot numbers

Hello, I am adjusting the inventory on the warehouse and some of our items have 2 lot numbers.

How can we adjust the inventory of product X to display 42 units for lot number 1 and 48units for lot number 2.

Thanks in advance!. All help is highly welcomed.
