Printing Different BarCode Labels

We need to be able to print different BarCode labels, for different uses.

[1] A sheet of 48 barcodes to be used for newly received items - printed on an A4 laser Printer

[2] A single barcode for replacement labels - printed on a Label Printer

We have two Label PDF layouts set up, but cannot currently see the best way to switch between these.

Anyone doing anything similar?
