Turned on multi-location and lost all of our serial numbers
As the subject says, we turned on the multi-location feature today because we now have two locations and all of our serial numbers vanished. We can't sell anything. We ran a report that shows the serial numbers are still there but that only gives us hope.
We contacted support and they said to use the Distribute Inventory feature but we're confused about which "expense" account to use for the "variance" feature.
Has anyone else experienced this? We are virtually shut down right now.
