Item: Save As carries over Opening Balance
I have a particular user who was attempting to make a copy of an Inventory Item and create a new one.
When using the Save As feature on the original item record, the current QOH for that original record goes into the Opening Balance of the new item. This is an anomaly that we haven't thus far seen hapenning, and we have performed similar actions on items in the past.
There is an automatic Inventory Adjustment created for that item and we cannot figure out what is trigerring this to prevent it from occurring in the future.
Any ideas why this would all of the sudden be happening?
