50+ Locations

Has anyone implemented and worked with 50+ locations (Using the location classification)?
]If so, what was your experience? We are thinking of using the location classification (over 50 locations) for reporting purposes and also for inventory (very little inventory: only 100 inventory items- all other items will be non-inventory). Any performance issues? Any other concerns?
