I need to have the Units of Measure at the vendor level

This is an enhancement 93901 with NetSuite, but I need help now !

Example:
Item A, is purchased from ABC Vendor in eaches.  In this example I would order 12 eaches to get a pack of 12; which I sell online as an each (a pack of 12 is an each online)
Item A, is also purchased form 123 Vendor in Cases, In this same example I would order 1 each to get a pack of 12; which I sell online as an each (a pack of 12 is an each online)
Note that the vendors are expecting 'each' on their respective POs

I need this to work on the order items page, and not forsaking all the calculations within that form.  There should be no manual updates/changes when PO is created.
