Tracking Customer Orders on trial
Hello All,
Not to sure whether this is the right forum, but please move it if need be.
I am trying to have Netsuite report for me on items that customers have ordered for trial before they purchase, so we know how much stock is out there on trial, who has it etc.
These customer trial orders have not been invoiced until they have been approved by customer to purchase or return.
When a customer trial order is shipped(Item fulfilment) the stock has been despatched out of inventory to customer but the cost of goods still remain in Netsuite.
0
