Intellisync / Outlook not syncing all contact / company records
I just installed the Intellisync client for Outlook (we are using OL2003).
I succseffully ran the sync and it put the some (23 of them) into my Outlook contacts folder. Unfortunately we have 5,000+ records in NetSuite.
For the life of me I cann not figure out why only 23 were synced. My default profile is administrator, there were no filters, default field mapping is what we use.
What am I missing (or does this just not work). Much thanks!
