Failed to add Contact in NS for Outlook: Insufficient Permission to post new Contact
When creating a new contact from within NetSuite for Outlook (i.e. when posting an email to NetSuite to a contact that does not exist yet in Netsuite), I get the message:
"Failed to add: INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION You do not have permissions to set a value for element unsubscribe due to one of the following reasons: 1) the field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases."
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
Thanks in advance,
