Problems with syncing Netsuite with Outlook 2007

I'm having a problem running Netsuite for Outlook 2007.  It was running fine but then got disabled.  I have re-enabled but cannot open up Netsuite for Outlook to enable my options.  According to Netsuite, I have to be operating on Exchange but I never was before and had no problems.

Basically all I want to do is sync to Outlook so I can get my calendar on my phone.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
