Outlook Integration - The Good, The Bad

Hi,

I would like to hear from anyone presently using the Outlook integration what's been good/beneficial and what has been problematic.  I've read about the Outlook 2010 compatibility issue at present, but wanted to see if there is anything else anyone who is currently using the integration could share.
